Virtual Care

In our medical home we now offer phone consults in addition to in-person appointments, especially during the pandemic.

This may be better suited to those unable to book an in-person appointment due to work, illness, or distance from the clinic. Video consultations are also used for family meetings or team meetings with home care, social workers, dietitians or mental health as needed.
